Rosecott is a development of retirement flats situated just on the edge of Horndean village centre. There is main bus route to Waterlooville and Portsmouth which runs regularly throughout the day along the A3. Horndean also has a convenience store, cafe and two pubs.

There is a house manager who lives on site, with a careline system when the house manager is off duty. The emergency intercom doubles up as control for a door entry system.

The laundry room is located in the lower building with the residents lounge, and there’s a covered walkway providing access from the upper building.
Externally there are extensive communal gardens which are well maintained. There’s a patio area outside the residents lounge, plus benches providing other places to sit. The drying area has rotary washing lines, meaning residents can dry their clothes outside in the warmer months.
Rosecott has a guest suite, meaning residents who live in 1 bedroom flats have somewhere their visiting friends and family can stay. The guest suite is booked through the house manager.
There’s normally more than ample parking available. Parking is communal, none of the flats have allocated spaces.
