Rosecott is a development of retirement flats situated just on the edge of Horndean village centre. There is main bus route to Waterlooville and Portsmouth which runs regularly throughout the day along the A3. Horndean also has a convenience store, cafe and two pubs.

There’s normally more than ample parking available. Parking is communal, none of the flats have allocated spaces.
